Product Description

Get started in the world of wide-angle macro photography with the Laowa 15mm f/4 Macro Lens. Designed for Sony E-mount cameras, the lens offers true 1:1 magnification without the hassle of using extension tubes and other equipment. Photographers can get exceptionally close to their subjects while at the same time capturing the background for more informative shots with an ultra-wide 110° angle of view, and minimum focus distance of just 4.7”. The lens also features Internal focusing to further assist by not disturbing your subject, even when you reach the 0.2" minimum working distance.

Exceptional sharpness and clarity are insured by the superb optical design featuring a 12 element in 9 group construction, one extra-low dispersion and three high-refractive elements. Additionally, a multi-layer low-reflective coating minimizes flare and ghosting, while a shift mechanism with adjustment of +/- 6mm corrects distortion when shooting scenes like landscape or architecture. The lens provides a wide aperture range of f/4 to f/32, and features a near-circular 14-blade diaphragm for stunning bokeh effects.
